They think they can repent to God and continue in their sin.
They believe everything they hear and do not test it with Gods word.
The things I've seen so called Christians do is way more than absurd.
I have seen them quote the scripture and in the same breath cuss a fit.
Their church has told them It's alright so it does not bother them a bit.
I've seen them at the altar and in their name scream and shout.
I've also seen them in the world, God's not what they're about.
They are so wrapped up in self and the attention of mankind,
That when they're headed for the pews It's the blind leading the blind.
They sing our songs of praise but it's not our reason that's the cause.
They do it out of selfishness and for human applause.
The way they act inside the church is like,Hey preacher look at me,
I read my Bible everyday, See how I use thus, thou and thee.
In the offering they drop a ten and sit back in their seat so straight.
Jesus in not impressed by that, Your actions seal your fate.
If you want to live for God you have to follow his command.
You cannot get to Heaven just because at the altar you did stand.
Being a Christian is more than repeating the words of a man on a screen.
It is giving your will over to God and in the blood of Jesus being washed clean.
In Heaven you will not find a man who in church put on a good show.
But you will find there all of his children who ran when he told them to go.
