Cesse de trembler, terre tourmentée
Reprend ton calme, tourne plus lentement
Croyais-tu que ces mots allaient ce réalisé
«Nous serons toujours innocent »

Viens dans mes bras, jolie délaissée
Je te consolerai en gardant silence
Je ne te jugerai pas, ses maux ton déjà blessé
« Je t’aime autant que je pense »

Ne souffrez plus, gens du tiers monde
Cesser d’espérer, d’attendre les renforts
Les rêves impossibles sont les plus immondes;
Patientez, elle s’en vient, la mort

Reposez en paix, aïeuls et ancêtres
Ou du moins, je voudrais vous le souhaiter
Car vos valeurs sont parties, mais vos racines sont restées
Tout homme sait mentir avant de savoir être

Ne pleur plus, ciel de tout temps
Toi, à qui on a tant menti
À qui toutes les générations ont dit

I really like it when someone uses another language to write in, maybe you can at the same time translate, even if this means it loses its flow
