a little after midnight it was rather dark
then i heard a noise from behind a tree
so i took a look to see what it could be
there i saw some fairies dancing in a ring
a lark was in the middle and he began to sing
singing there so sweetly a lovely melody
while the fairies danced so happy and so free
i sat there a while till it was time to go
then i headed home and my heart began to glow

I absolutely love all your poems. They always make me smile. The way you describe fairies makes me believe they are real. That's how great of a writer you are.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
