I died so many times only for you to stand
poised in deceit and deception of reality,

the cold left my lips blue from the winter frost
bestowed by bitters broken circles,

I entrusted you to take care of my heart,
I entrusted you to love me always,
I entrusted you with my life,

I never imagined the force behind
your eyes could break me,

my sweater unraveled by your constant pulling
of my strings left me naked in the fall,

this body still pure from the stand I made against
your increasing tally of virgin exploits,

now morning’s halls echo easy and whore because I
blackened your resume king of kings,

tender years escaped me in the night yet I
remain standing with no one to catch my tears

This staggers me. So much pain, not just in what you've written, but in what was
not said. There are many heartbreaking moments in life, but when we can reflect
and take something from them, all cannot be lost. I adore how much emotion you
capture in this. The anguish nearly devastates me. There are not many writes that
can reduce my heart to pieces. But this? Oh, this SO did. Especially that last line.

I love your work.

BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO! roses at your feet U/E!
Very truthful, straightforward, detailed, and no doubt left for wondering!
Very decisive, riveting, and touching for a heart that is breaking. Yet challenging, and brave!
This is truly great!
Warm love
