[hometext] => A poem I wrote about war hope you enjoy and feel free to comment :)
[bodytext] => On a mission, a life threatening journey, I shall commence into the battlefield. The bitter cold, the roaring wind, is nothing compared to the feel of danger, the sound of death. We have forcibly learned a feared lesson; in order for justice to flow, blood needs to spill. That plays the main role in this nightmare. For when it occurs they cannot wake up, cannot try. We will not dare, we need no more suffering. We have learned to forget our loved ones, the hard way. Having seen the hopes of others crash and burn like this country. And this god everyone speaks of, we do not believe, because if a few mere humans caused this hell, why cannot he, the so called miracle, stop it? I do not consider myself a survivor, as it has yet not reached the end. I do not dare call us heroes, we kill more than we save. We are simply just humans coincidentally sent out on the most dangerous mission of all, war. maygee, PLEASE: To help keep this site INTERACTIVE, please read and comment on at least 3 poems for each one you submit.
