prostrate, in harsh light, with each new gift of understanding
drained & subjugate,
your eyes cry tearless words. . .
& I am soothed, by your trust. . .
by your displacement. . . by your exhaustion

your hedron fountain, overflows
& I am at once your slave
& master. . .
an amethyst caldron
a siphon. . . a pledge. . .

I rebuke as you expose the atmosphere
of what I do not know & do not want to
but it is there, plain
spilling from this pen. . .

tongue of my muse
your language spins cobwebs,
brightly. . .

I can not hold the breath that you take. . .

your dark horse, forever beneath me

your dark sky arriving as the lover
in the waning light, breathless. . .
to devour

a hush, overtaken by your sighs. . .
forgives. . .

Oh elle, how perfectly described.
I especially loved this,

"... I am at once your slave
& master..."

How perfectly brilliant! Your work
always moves me beyond the
capacity for articulation.

Exceptional post!! -- Achelois

A beautiful piece of writing you have here. Tranquil and flowing from line to line making this easy on the eyes with some stunning imagery. Well done
