[hometext] => As I went for a run in Dover, Delaware, I took notice of the many beauties of nature in the city.
[bodytext] => Running on the pavement, I feel rocks at my feet, Turn the corner, businessmen to greet. Up against traffic, school kids on the block, Past the gas station, man my knees are about to lock. Breathing heavy down the road, heart beating fast, Almost there at the end, reminds of the past. Down a local street, leaves, birds, and squirrels, Say hi to the neighbors, man Dover is full of curls. Past the fields, sun on my back, Cool down, like the mint of a Tic-Tac. Reach the gate, miles are done, Energy at last, What a run!
