She wears all black and hates the world.
Her dark hair hangs in her face,
Her eyeliner is smeared, streaked down her pale face.
She writes her thoughts. Her thoughts of anger and hate in her notebook. Her face is twisted into an angry scowl. She resents the world, and hates everyone in it. But she doesn't know why, she just...does. Her friends see it. She hides it from her family. They don't understand, they wouldn't.
She sits alone at lunch, her friends are so fake. People stare, but act like she's not there, because they're scared. People are scared of what they don't know, what the don't understand.
She listens to her angry music, before bed every night. She wishes she could wake up and die.
Sometimes she sees theings. Things that are unnatural, they aren't real. She sees them in her head, she also hears voices. They won't go away, they won't leave her be. She's weird. They say, she reads tarot cards and reads the stars. Sometimes, she even reads their minds.
She cries inside, but her eyes are cold as stone. She soul is dark and gray. Her heart is black as day.
You may know this girl, you may hate her, I don't care. This girl is me. I believe most of us have experienced such feelings and thoughts, but you have expressed them so clearly and frankly. Thanks. I enjoyed your poem!
