How black is darkness?
How solitary is loneliness?
Is there a measure of mental anguish?
Can the depths of self-esteem be measured?
Why self-loathing is considered a negative disability?
Why are people who cannot socialise easily considered strange?
Are people who self-harm more dangerous than “normal” people?
Why do people consider it strange if you want to be alone in a quiet room alone and just think?
If you have not made peace with a relative deceased more than ten years previously is it a sign that you are inherently a failure to them?
More importantly is it a sign that you consider yourself to be a failure to yourself?
Do you base your future on things past as history has tried to tell us?

Perhaps each day should be a new beginning, an opportunity.
The past can reflect the future but it is down to us to create that change.
Let all of us, insecure, frightened, solitary, non-confident beings emerge.
Out of the darkness into the light may we find our kindred spirits and join together as a united force.
The previous proposal could be a reality provided we had the strength to take one day at a time.
Together the world would not seem the jungle and hell it has become.
I know, today, this will be my mantra, my goal, my path to a better life.
How much time will it take for my mission to succeed?
How can you measure determination?
How strong is resolve?
Will I succeed?

Hi,

You ask the same questions that many of us ask
ourselves - whether suffering depression or not -
and anyone who doesn't ask themselves similarly
has completely missed the meaning of life - or is,
perhaps, from another planet.

Well scripted, my friend.

Tommy
