Unhinders unchains the mind once broken

Sounds of nature fill the creature

Fluid sound and movement our teacher

Sparks new ideas that free us

Zones out the drone out lout

Finding whats lost at zero cost

Time spent in self communication

Hours pass without obligation

Sees meaning behind ones creation

Its discovery a recovery

from everyday monotony, escape from colostomy

Opening paths and minds to unusual train

Thoughts provoke, go against the grain

Wind, Earth, Fire, Water

Elemental experimental gone mental

Saves one self from suffication, a salvation

Alliteration, same sounds a vocation, without sensation

Silence is meditation medication

its essence breeds thoughts unspoken

Unhinders unchains the mind once broken

Sets it free under the Pagoda tree

Sounds of nature fill the creature

Really like this poem too..... it's essence breeds thoughts unspoken.....just takes you into another world, as the mind in meditation, well written
