In this place of haven,
It is a mystery,
That takes eternity,
Just to get an answer.

The newest brand of balm,
Its days are mostly calm,
Where darkness says goodbye,
To make broken hearts fly,
As high as an eagle.

Concrete forest always,
Give emptiness of days,
Tearing the ground apart,
Ev'ry beat of the heart,
Until hopelessness dawns.

But not so for this place,
Besiege souls with its grace,
With its arms wide open,
Curing all souls' poison,
Till radiance is ahead.

Like a river of peace,
Its flow will never cease,
Like a gift from above,
Something many will love,
If it is a fire.

This is a lonely coast,
A place unknown by most,
Concrete forest; distant,
Making this place silent,
Yet feel not an island.

Its intentions; revealed,
As lonely hearts are healed,
As hopelessness go part,
To give a brand new start,
The answer for prayers.

Ronald, this is a beautiful poem. It certainly evokes a peaceful and calm feeling. It totally deserves to be in the Special Poems Section. Great job. Look forward to reading more of your work. :)
