Children cry – people die
It all seems normal to me
I mean can’t you see
What you’ve become
Fun and games it’s all games fun
The worlds set, set and done
In pain we’ll rise, in pain we’ll fall
The music’s stopped – the worlds been rocked
The petals from the rose have hit the ground
The glimmer of hopes can’t be found.
I’m talking about the third world
So what does that make you? The first?
Living in poverty
Slaughtered by the slums
Doesn’t it hurt to know such a place exists?
I had a dream which was crushed
Somewhere in the struggle I search for pieces
The scars you’re leaving, they’ll never fade away
I’m in pain and my minds gone astray
Behind the lies
Every night i worship the empty skies
If there was to be a god then why does he let us struggle?
I never knew blood came in different colours
That’s why your life seems more important than mine
I shut my eyes as i stand forward
I feel tortured and I’m disgusted by your bitterness
A flood of emotions fill my mind
I’m dying and you pretend you’re blind
I have no shelter from the burning sun
And fire in my stomach, with no water to quench it
What have got you complain about?
If i can’t control my feelings
What makes you think ill control my fate?

These words came straight from the heart. You can feel the power behind every one. Great work!
