Each day I miss you more
More than I did the day before
You left my world so cold
Alone with no one to hold.

Every night I think of you
Wonder if you miss me too

Out loud your name I call.

Things always seem worse at night, in the bleak and desperate twilight... but dawn does come. Thank goodness!!! Great write.
