The boy was unfinished.
He carries on...

I will not risk this life, because
Without my life...
My eyes won't see, nor will my ears hear:
your laughter
I won't be there to wipe your tears
Or shoo your fears away

Without my life...
You'd still stay here; in a place
Where my arms will never reach
However strained
Where my legs will never take me
However fast I run
Or however much you need me

The boy paused, for quite a while
To softly touch the tears on his lover's eyes

, I will never risk that blessing
Of a life, with you

The girl smiled; she embraced him
But the boy, again
Was not yet done

But if one day,
you tell me you've found another
Or that you love me no more
That day, darling, is the day

That I will go on a journey
To a place far, far away
Through the space where slayers lay
And yes, I'll give my life
To get that treasure, for you

Because I can't live without you...

To love without being loved in return, is like trying to live without breathing.
You cannot survive.

I'm not one to envy
but the wisdom and composure conveyed
in this passage is profound
you think your going to hear that same
pitifully pathetic and naive love story
instead you are given knowledge and truth
so potent that your mind, body and soul feel renewed
the story in it's self was immersing, needless to say
I am forever enlightened through your words
