I watch you cry through dying eyes
What have I done
You've tried so hard to believe me
You don't want to run
Watch as all I've struggled to reach
Shatters before my eyes
I guess I should've expected this
Inside, I kept those lies...
Drifting aimlessly, an outcast now
What can I do
I must attempt to regain your trust
I'll try something new
I watch your heart fail before me
I can't do a thing
He saves you; he was right there
I can feel the sting.
The sting of bitter rejection; who have I become
I will never back down
I love you with all my heart, and I will prove it
Do not make a sound
I watch your sad face through my vivid eyes
Won't you look at me
I would give the world for you, and then some
At last, I think I see.
