[The sun above my head
And sweet whisper of the ocean's waves,
I'm seating alone on the coast
And drawing our names on the white sand
Surrounded by the big sandy heart.]

[Got pierced by an arrow,
Beautiful, but not eternal, no it's not,
Cos it will be washed away by an inflow
Together with both the words and names
Surrounded by the big sandy heart
Cos nothing of this does matter
Since you're gone, no no nothin' does...]

[Used to think I had all I ever wanted
And the life gave gifts one by another.
All was around, I didn't require anything,
But now I'd rather be a poor woman,
Living at the streets with no food to eat,
Cos all I've got is nothing without you.]

[So I'm drawing our names on the white sand
Surrounded by the big sandy heart.
And dreaming with my closed eyes of that day
When you decide to return to me.]

[Got pierced by an arrow,
Beautiful, but not eternal, no it's not,
Cos it will be washed away by an inflow
Together with both the words and names
Surrounded by the big sandy heart
Cos nothing of this does matter
Since you're gone, no no nothin' does...]

[I keep hearing the echo of your name
In the quiet and sweet whisper of the waves
Slowly stealing up to my sandy heart
They'll take away the last thing I've got.]
