Are so shallow and dark They hold no emotion or feeling Piercing souls with its gaze The darkness pools in those eyes Darkness waiting for the moment to rise It cuts deeper than any blade And more painful than a dull knife I saw this look but not on a shark Lurking deeper in the eyes Was an onyx heart that spoke through the eyes The glare is more horrendous on a human's face I was hypnotized by the eyes and locked into place Only by focusing on nothing could I see the whole face It shocked me and I gasped The eyes stayed the same but the face gasped too Tears ran down the face as I spoke My God is this really you? Is this who you have come to be? As I spoke the face mimicked my words Is this truely what I see?
