Array ( [sid] => 15583 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => The Fight is on Again [time] => 2003-04-05 06:05:00 [hometext] => I wrote this poem lastnight after my mom and me had another one of our famous fights...Enjoy!!!! [bodytext] => Why tonight, again
You made me run to my den
I know you said you had a bad day
So did I all I wanted was a place to lay
You’re supposed to be my savior
I can’t do this with you anymore
I know the beer and cigarettes aren’t a good substitute
It would be so much easier to deal if you could stay mute
You dropped me off at dad's again
Knowing I would turn to them to fen
I don’t like this way anymore
But it’s the only open door
I hate you for leaving me by myself like always
I am turning dark inside just like all my days
I know you said you’d always be there
I know deep down inside you, you really do care
But why do you always have to start a fight
You always have to start and at the end of the night
It’s always my fault, I always ruin your night
I try not to start with you with all my might
But lets face it, I am your fears
Just like dad, I turn to beers
But it’s the only thing I can count on to be with me
I sit there and try my hardest to make you see
But like always if it’s not your way
Then its time to fight and its the end of the day
No matter what you say, I do care about you
You just need to start looking deeper then you do
I am so tired of you calling me stupid
I am not dumb no matter what it was I did
