Photobucket

I am roaming in the shadows
of the restful place.
Awaiting for you to return
sneaking in with guilt
a crime you got away with.
But, did you really?
Or shall you always be haunted
by my eye's, always returning
each Halloween night
to rest red roses upon my grave
pretending to ride waves of sorrow
yet we both know you
are a murderer.

Maybe tonight I will appear
so you will see me
knowing the coldness I now feel
caught between this world
and another world
left unfurled into nothingness.

Photobucket

I waited for you that night
all consumed, full of delight.
I thought it would be the night you asked
for my love, for my hand.
I loved you heart and soul
never would I have guessed
the plans you had in store for me.

Photobucket

Now the moon is full
and the clouds dance light in the skies.
I shall be waiting here for you tonight.
Much to your surprise
maybe you too shall die
die from fright when you really see
that my dear, you can only kill me once.

Photobucket

If I decide tonight is not the night I shall haunt you thrice till Halloween night and then you can face me in this realm. Oooh! Chilling!

This reminds me of the Halloween night I spent, many years ago, alone in a 250 year-old cemetary.

But this is even spookier.

Well done.
