Array ( [sid] => 154495 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => By Whispering [time] => 2009-10-28 07:41:31 [hometext] => This poem about eternal love, about time and waiting, also about broken hopes. [bodytext] => We were together on this Earth,
Just two of us and no one's around,
We were full of happiness and all my words
Were devoted to the man I thought was the one.

Thousands of years and hundreds of lives,
We both know, sweetheart, it's not enough,
Cos heart will always be tearing in two,
When you feel that pieces of your soul,
Are lying as a handful of stuff in your palms,
And this way has been forever, don't deny it.

You know, I've stepped over all my confusion,
To be a little bit closer to you, my dear,
I've given all I've got for the flashback,
For the only thing that could take away this fear.

The towns have got destroyed about my ears,
Time has erased the walls of an ancient castles,
And I've felt like I should be erased with 'em,
When the pieces of my soul have crumbled in my palms.

Thousands of years I loved you by whispering,
Hundreds of lives I repeated your name as a prayer,
Havin' waited for you to come and save me
From the inevitability of the things that come.

I've regret nothing, cos I know this should be so,
And I've believed this pending many lives,
I've made up myself this unreal and happy world,
Where I was living by hope that someday you'll find out.

Thousands of years I loved you by whispering,
Hundreds of lives I repeated your name as a prayer,
Now all my hopes and dreams have crumbled in my palms,
As a handful of the broken stuff.

The Devil takes everything
And no one's gonna prevent
I loved you by whispering,
But now I'm going to scream...
