Array ( [sid] => 15446 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Wishes... [time] => 2003-04-02 04:57:50 [hometext] => To my children; Mosaid and Reem

I wrote this while my husband and I were having a pleasant time with our kids. I felt that I would miss this warmth, and miss the joy that my two children were spreading. I wished I could capture those moments that were filled with childhood innocence. [bodytext] => I wish that time could freeze
To keep the morning’s breeze,
To cherish your hearty smile;
A moment that’s worth a while.

I wish the passing of the years could cease
And no one will face the never-coming peace.
I wish I could capture the sparkling of your eyes
To catch an innocent look that never lies.

I pray to God to let me know
How to make our life always glow
With joy, warmth, and strong ties,
With a sweet memory that never dies.

I wish the happy times could never flee
In the midst of life’s daily catastrophes.
I wish I will not lose my precious serenity
In the midst of the world’s obnoxious insanity.

I wish to have you here with me
Now and then, as long as it can be
Not just in my heart, but next to me,
And watch you grow happy and free!
