Love

Topic: LovePoetry

I can feel your love
Both in your touches and your breath
Because it's rushing through my veins
And keeps my heart beating faster.

It's both here and there,
Wherever I turn, I know,
Someone invisible above
Keeps my soul safe.

I can feel your love,
In the butterflies' flight
In the winter's snow,
In the golden fascination of the fall
And in the sultriness of the summer.

I hear your whisper in the ocean's surf,
I see your face in my sweetest dreams
And this brings me the hope
That you're not gone you're still here,
With me by shadow on the wall,
By the night outside my window
By the wind that walks across the streets,
And no matter what my heart go on,
Because I'm living by this,
By waiting, by hope, by your love,
I still breathe you,
The way I used to do.

I know, no me without you,
And life's getting cold suddenly,
Like a frame in the videotape
And the world's changing colors
On black and blue.
And every day that pass
Looks just like yesterday.
Everything remains the same
As nothing changes.

This feeling is stronger than me,
It's more painful that pain itself,
It's burning more than any fire,
It's more necessary than water,
And it reveal the secret
Of the natural beauty on the fire.

And it's the greatest secret in the world,
Secret, which everyone knows,
But not everybody keeps it safe,
But all the same, it doesn't lose its matter.

what a beautiful example of those feelings.......and they still throw it all away....it defies logic every time.......

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
