You look into my eyes and I feel so special, but I know it's not true. You give me a kiss and walk your way home as I stare at you from behind. I stand and wave at you, unmoving, until you continuously look behind and see me waving. You wave back and keep walking as I still stand there knowing your feelings are untrue. I want to ask you but you give the same answer, so I just keep smiling and waving. I get home and cry looking at myself, knowing it all wasn't true, and the next day you tell me its over, and I fall on the ground and cry to your words. You say you loved me but you never did, and I knew it from the start. I lay there as you walk away and say goodbye, and I take one good look at you and you're smiling. It feels like a punch in the face, I cry and cry until he is out of sight. I don't go home, I stay where I am, as still as my heart, and close my eyes as I slowly fade away from the world.
