Where does all these poets come from?
I feel so small amungst them.
I still have much to learn.
And I read another and cant even comprehend?
Sounds like french words in simple english.
My cheeks turn bright red
and I want to run away
when I leave my words
on the screen.
But then I remember they cant see me.
Only these words
spoken through letters
forming words
that have meaning to me
And come to think of it its all from my heart.
All you poets out there
I feel like a daisy amungst the roses
and you bloom like majestic stars
I appreciate the wisdom that flow from your words.
Keep on shining so bright.
I am addicted to your blinding light.

Never be embarrased or ashamed to put your words out for others to read. There can be no judgement on emotion or critique on the pouring out of ones heart on the page.

The phrase " daisy amongst the roses" got my attention for reasons only the long time members of this site would understand .

Very well done
Roses

I love this & have the same feelings from time to time, especially the last line,
as I'm addicted to the shining hearts of everyone here!
Thanks for sharing. elle :)
