the shutters came down

anguished

Everyone knew, but knew nothing
They would guess, rose tinted glasses,
car wreck crashes, but no mad dashes.
They thought he was cool, he was nobodys fool.
A life so accomplished and yet so punished.
They called it depression, at every session.
Not getting the message.
He did not die, to hurt you or I.
He simply just left, to many closed ears.

I can't believe that no-one has commented on this poem!
It's amazing!
I love both the passion and the rime of it!
