my faith

anguished

growing up i learnt my faith
watching old ladies pray, in their own way
then one by one then there were none
I often thought they knew they were done.
praying to the father and the son.
As i've got older, my faith has got colder
Too many losses, and too many crosses.
I pray still but nothing changes
One by One, too many rages
On not enough pages
and not enough familiar faces

This is powerful in a gentle way, i loved it,
so captivating, despair not, some times
even one who has it all can be in doubt,
your words are beautifully honest, as
well as compelling . . .
thank you likewise for your read
and your comment, i deeply appreciate it . . .
