Love is kind.
Love is gentle.
Love is not boastfull.
Love is patient.
Love endureth everything.

I have been let down so many times,
wished I never gave so much of me.
To love truely means you sacrifice
all you have, doesnt it?
And even after that
It still hurt.
Lovers come and go.
They treat your heart like a stepping stone.

You feel like you can not go on
if you can not love that one person.
And you know he does not even care.......
I cut my heart open to fight for that love
only to realise he never loved me.
But I had to live
even if it hurt to breath
without the man that didnt care if I was dying.

Love made me forgive him.
He found someone who will love him more
I geuss?
She needs him more than I do.
And today I still love him
Cause I ment it when I gave so much of me.
and love......

LOVE IS

Love is kind.
Love is gentle.
Love is not boastfull.
Love is patient.

I felt this to be a universal piece...I know I can sure relate. *smiles*

Love is all the many things you write of,the beautiful and the not so beautiful,for how would we know the smiles from such a feeling if we did not also know the pain of it.
