A dirty face with eyes that gleam.
When everything is exactly as it seems.

Is this passion or tis this the season for lack of power?
Is this passion or just a heart that dies.
Dripping blood from a fiery heart

More alive than,
Well I find less beauty in life than death.
disconnected from the world around me.
I just can't seem to open my crying eyes.

As winter loses it's power. Come to me.
I'm breaking daylight tonight. mmmmmm...

Is this passion or just
the light and the heat
from the fireside
thats driving me crazy?

Im in my hour of darkness,
But feeling more light than,
Well, I find less beauty in
light than dark.

Everything i feel is hopeless.
But its really not, is it?
Is this passion or,
Or the musical notes flooding my air?

Drown my mind in something retro.
Orchids flower here in a place
where my heart can not die.

Is this passion or a synthetic
version that bleeds shades
of purple fire and red,
She said,
Is this passion or just the drive,
to need something passionate?

I stare at the flames
that beg for me to sing. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 147 [topic] => 73 [informant] => CharminglyAwkward [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => abstract )

Spectacular stuff. This is the type of poem I want to read on this site. It's 15 million movies worth of images.

'Well I find less beauty in life than death.'

Yes, I feel like that sometimes.

What a great piece, I could almost feel like I was inside your head watching those thoughts swirl around like the flames that danced in the fire
Amazing to read and be consumed by
