[bodytext] => The sunny days have departed as raw evenings begin to arrive. The first real flirtations with winter lets us know she is alive. A hard rain the night before tearing leaves away from their lovers. Now the trees are underdressed without their spouse they have no cover. The bone-chilling air rapes the flowers in the field. They are suffocated by a thick sheet yet winter never seems to yeild. The first sign of snow leaves us reeling with a sense of peace. But it soon turns into agony when the snow continues, unable to cease. There is a threat ready to strike lurking beneath a cloudy vase, with a deceiving diamond-like appearance but strength enough to freeze us in place. A breath of fresh air is upon us, with the promise to reunite the lover and leaves. Spring is resurrecting the beauty in life, bringing winter to its knees.
