[hometext] => my teacher wanted a poem about the salem witch trials so i wrote tyhis in like 5 min... so its not one of my best....
[bodytext] => I'm a victim of these times,
On trial for unreal crimes. When there is no one to blame, And they get quick sympathy and fame, They put their enemies on trial, And watch with a grand smile. Accused of a crime I didn't commit, They don't believe I'm innocent. I have to prove it somehow, But I have no evidence now. I know I'm not guilty, What can I do to make them see? I'm forever accused of this sin, Something I wasn't even involved in. But I'll still receive the punishment, For my so-called bewitchment. Why am I the one wrongly accused? Unsure of all their views. As I look at this massacre, I find it so obscure.
