They are as ugly as sin
Is this the kind of peace
The US is trying to win?

Is this a peace worth the price?
Is this man liberated?
Do you think he is glad
The US was motivated

To smash the life from his people
To die in screaming pain?
Do you think he will thank you
For this ugly war insane?

And how many children’s lives
Are this hateful war worth?
How many mothers screaming grief
How many fathers tears?

More than half the world
Told Bush no
This you cannot do
But he must think it’s worth it
Is this not callous to you?

Remember this face
When you think of war
This is the reality
You’re fighting for

Your country glories
In its might
So much hate and death
Well we the world
Won’t think it’s right
Until our dying breath

This is a good poem... It's catchy... but... I believe freedom's worth anything.

It's a really good poem though.

Thanks YS. I hope you keep following the story of Iraq. There is no freedom for the dead.
