What more do we need

Contributed by luvme on Friday, 28th March 2003 @ 04:05:00 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

I'm one who speaks of freedom,
I'm one who speaks of children,
I'm one who speaks of chances,
what more can one person speak of,
what more can one write about,
we have susides, who try to forget,
we have love,
ones who try to love,
we have wars, wish there never was,
yourpoetrydotcom, has everything one person can think of,
we have many countries,
we have many thoughts,
we have words, that one could ever think of,
how many wish that they could change,
ANYTHING,
how many wish that they could change one thing in your life,
would you do it?
what would it be?
one wish!
love?
life?
freedom?
answer this,
all poets answer this,
one wish what would it be?
the answer would be!
dont believe in wishe!
dont believe in dreams!
or I cant !
very talent poets here,
but none of them believe, some do,
some dont, why write,

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
