If I could find a single word to show you how I feel,
To change your mind, to make you stay, to show you that it’s real,
I’d throw my pride so far away to try and find it now,
It’d be a long drawn task, but I’d find it anyhow.
I hurt inside, you’re all I want, I wish you far, I wish you near,
I wish you gone, I wish you’d stay, I wish you didn’t lie, my dear.
I wish that you could realise, you’re killing your own mind,
I do hope that you can cure that which makes you so unkind.
I love you, I love you, though you have shot me to the core,
And still I’ll love you always; you’re the one that I adore.
