Dew drops on its pink face,
Soothing winds would feel like a satin lace
Bright sun made green leaves shining,
This little bud saw its first morning…!!

Sparrows sang and cheered the Rose bud,
As it slowly tried opening its eyes,
It saw colored roses and daffodils galore
Others watching it from directions more than four..!!

The bud opened up, turning to a flower, beautiful and splendiferous,
It had an inbound reflex to stand the rain and the pelting,
Would stay firm when the wind currents would flow through its veins,
And would always smile and spread its fragrance..

The gardener who cared for and watered the rose every day,
Came to it one day, became a pruner and cut it with a lopper..!
The Pink rose was still breathing but was cut from its world,
It wasn’t happy at all and living for don’t know what..!

It was taken to decorate in a shiny crystal flower Vase
The flower knew its aura and life wont last a lot..
But the gardener and owner were happy and merry
This made the Rose’s sacrifice worth its life..!!
