[bodytext] => People. From where did they learn, to take such shock by the recognition, of a ticking clock? Did they not know, that no things last? Or are they all addicted to their past? It happened today, a shadow moved and more fast than slow, was its speed, it proved. After all, time will tell, it does not lie, waiting, so patiently, for one more to die. As I moved through the shadows, and into the dark, one stepping stone of mine, had caught a spark. And the sunlight which sprang, with its varying rays, left no promise for brighter days. But the people! so steady a variable now, were left in bedazzlement wondering how, just how did I catch that spark in the night? And the inconsistency gave birth to much fright.
