Until the first night I looked into your eyes
So striking! How Blue! Lovely eyes full of pain
They captured my gaze so I could not abstain
Each gentle explosion like the burst of pulsars
Are voices of your soul; honest, deeply scarred
The truths they convey reveal hurt and regret
Which inspires within want to help you forget
I'll be there to listen, lovely eyes full of pain
Whatever it be, trust in me, don't refrain
Let blue meloncholy, that smothering cyan,
Melt away when I brush your soft cheek with my hand
My chest and my shoulders, my arms and my ears
Can provide a safe haven if you need to shed tears
And I'll breathlessly wait until I see you again

Our paths had crossed briefly, but through drunken disguise
Until the first night I looked into your eyes
So striking! How Blue! Lovely eyes full of pain
They captured my gaze so I could not abstain
