Array ( [sid] => 149637 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => goodbye to kayla [time] => 2009-05-04 14:09:39 [hometext] => Theres a long story between us, just know that i love this person and now might not see her again. [bodytext] => Of course Ive lost friends before
But Ive never had a friend like you
You can look into my watery eyes
and tell that what i say is true

Until the day i die, that was my decree
and eventhough you are gone, theres still life left in me
whether you live 50 feet or across the sea
Im my head and my heart is where you will always be

In one months time, you will be gone
but the memories will continue to go on
from the starry nights looking up from the lawn
to the 'happy birthday, i got you a frog'

from when you had longer hair than I
then cut it so the longer was mine
to me getting rid of the grungey trying
and into what would become our styling

from the piggyback rides i gave
to everything else i did that made you call me a slave
till you taught me to be proud beyond everyones haze
I'll never forget any of those days

through good and bad, we've always had eachothers back
I feel sorry for anyone who doesnt have a you in their lifes like i had
through every cry, yell and laugh
Ive been there and wouldnt take anything back

youre as much a part of me as myself
feels like heaven when together and have put eachother through hell
knowing you must leave so soon doesnt sit well
but I will always remember you, no matter how long we dispel. This is a truly beautiful poem. I hope you two will be reunited!
