Array ( [sid] => 149544 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Camus [time] => 2009-04-30 14:48:29 [hometext] => This is for two men, one of literary importance, and one who admired the other's way of life. They have both influenced me tremendously. To my two existentialists; all my love. [bodytext] =>

I pictured you
wrapped in twilight

a silent revolt
shrieking in your
dead veins

‘Nothing!’
I heard you sing,
A divine requiem
of dust and shadow

Of passionate weeping

And I wept
and sing to you still,
a lost pearl amongst the ruin,
a violent wind
seeking shelter within
your vagabond heart...

[ my love swallows you
and we drown ]

I pictured you
beneath a scarred moon

Stained with tears
And a hollow yearning

For you were as far as you are now

Lost in days of unraveled light
seeking purpose within
the blood of a
dying sun

you laugh,
a weary cough

and remind yourself
that there is nothing

within the soul of reason

I pictured you

Your beauty was fatal

[ unbearable ]

and in my despair
I kissed the pallid hand
Of eternity
Whispering softly,

Eu nous mais le monde et temps…
