Your pleas.
Your questions your tribulations and your suffering.
Imagine, just pause for a second. Imagine if I hadn’t come for the first time yet.
You wouldn’t know me; you wouldn’t know who I am.
But I came to do my job and I left.
I left with the stone outside and the door wide open for you all to see.
To say I didn’t do anything the first time would be a lie.
I took a bullet for you, but the first time around it was different.
You asked for me, and I cannot take the noise no more.
So I came, I came back to see you all.
At first you didn’t believe.
You tried you tested you asked me to prove myself.
But I couldn’t, I spoke instead of acted.
And I showed all your world leaders one by one I am the one to be trusted.
But you all grew distasted.
You took pictures; you asked questions you covered me across the world.
You wanted to know why things happen the way they do.
I said do no question the will accept the way.
And you accepted.
But you all know I am only human.
Flesh and blood.
Brought from above.
Some grew angry; some grew sad at the idea of me being back meant forever.
You spoke, you talked, and you conspired.
Once last time I stood against a backdrop of pure white.
I spoke with my words of wisdom and tried to tell you all how to go.
And it was then you betrayed me.
For the cost of fame, for the cost of fortune.
You made me take another bullet for you.
Straight through the heart.
And you all think I didn’t see it coming.
You kissed me on the cheek a night ago.
History must repeat itself because two days later.
I came back.
To those who needed me.
Believe and hope and I will protect you.
Of course if you read ahead.
You’d understand.
The second time was the last time.
And now it’s time to be judged.
Let’s hope you learn to believe.

Wow, pretty good. As a Catholic Christian myself, I can really identify with this poem's message. You should check out the poem I wrote, Prayer to the God of Uncreated Light, it has the same religious theme. Though I like the way you had Christ as the speaker, it had a good effect. Anyway, keep writing! It's good.
