So I am dead, but to what degree?
I have shed my blood, dropped my tears.
Mourned the passing of my soul years.

But now the sun shines once more,
And I feel rotten, to my very core.
My soul has risen from the dead.
I stand once more on the ground on witch I bled.

Is this the devils trickery?
A fragment of a dream, or reality.
My love! I have bled for you,
I loved you and I died for you.

Yet I walk this land again,
Once more free of my deadly chain.
But where are you my love?
Why are you still in the sky’s above?

Together in death, I swore
Just to feel you once more.
But my death, it seems, was denied to me.
If in miserable life, I will forget you, will you forgive me?
