First I just want to say, nice poem, it is well written and conveys the mentality of complete depression. That aside, I somehow feel the need to attack the basis for that mentality (perhaps partly because of your nickname):

It certainly does get a point across, but doesn't this poem seem too ambiguous at times?

Depression can lead to a bad state of mind, but how could there be "no time" to get away from it? As far as I can imagine, at least, there's always time. I've been depressed, but found that there were still some things that spoke to me. Things that guided me away from resignation. I'm not talking about finding religion (at least not the organized kind), but just fundamentally finding something to believe in.

Anyway, whether that's terribly relevant or not, I figured it would be better than no comment at all.

I get your point..I guess it isn't completely true...I guess what I meant is that when depressed you just feel like there's absolutely nothing you can do to stop it..and you feel helpless...even if you still have your entire life ahead of you it'll just never seem enough..cause you feel at a loss...completely at a loss....
