So does sweat as it gently runs upon supple skin
And pure ecstasy draws a thin line between happiness and sorrow
Yet between lovers’ hearts there exists no sin

Building bridges the mind does with its wishes and dreams
Traversing the great void that separates
Love chooses the desperate heart and its worthiness so deems
Until the souls which love does bond enter Heaven’s gates

Wishes and dreams continue to remain silent
For when they are spoken only pain do they bring
But love will not stay speechless as long as the last breath has not been spent
And dawn has yet to break as the nightingale does sing

But if wishes and dreams remain unspoken how can the one you love come to know what you want?
And what is life without the one you love?

Rich,
again this write showed your soul, beautiful work and the ending questions so solid and so true.
What is life without love and the love we carry within us?

Hugs
Michelle

You built layers of charming & inquisitive images-wrapped in soulful thoughts.

From your opening thought to your close, I was gently led.

Thank you.

Kie
