Invisible puppet strings
Lift up my eyes

As leaves swirl upward
To skies held barren
From lofty clouds

Gnarled branches reach down
Bending arthritic knuckles
To snap my wayward thoughts

Tattooed from seasons
Wavy and distended
As they flirt with the sun

Animating noble personality
The spirit of quintessence
Guardian of daydreamers

And thus I dream in glimpses
Of youthful laughter
Photographed by summer
Illustrated by the wind
Enflamed by Karma

Kie,

You soooo under rate yourself that I am about to shake a stern finger at you.

This is not only amazingly beautiful with thoughtful imagery, it is deep and thought provoking.

Wow, I am very impressed.

Thank you ever so much for a thoroughly enoyable read.

Mr. Timotheus

arthritic knuckles, flirt with the sun, spirit of quintessence, dream in glimpses of youthful laughter...Ooh..
Excellent epithets..you have not only photographed the nature but also looked into its inner pshyche..
You have not only shown the spirit of mother nature but also enabled us to embrace her by your poem..
here you have become a flame of consciousness.. and while reading this I felt I was an ageless Tree..
God bless love and happiness to you..

Your poems always paint such a beautiful picture with such vivid imagery. Your style is so eloquent; and there is such depth to your writes. It comes alive and so to experience it is like being there. Wonderful poem, Thanks for sharing.

Gosh, I have missed your writing, I am so glad you came back.

There;s just something about the way you describe things that is so wonderful. I forgot how speechless it makes me.

Welcome back :D
