Some leave there hearts

inside of a song

some act it out in a

play,

mine merely waited

'till you came along

hoping you'd steal it

away.

How

a love happens

i really don't know

impossible

yet to deny,

when you consider

how i love you so

proves that a heart can't

lie.

Some

store there hearts

in a warm memory

reminisent of days

gone

by,

we simply left it to

destiny

what was already

you and

i

Some

choose to wear

their heart on a sleeve

so all of the world can

see,

i'd rather wear yours

inside of me 'till the death

of

eternity.

Then

what does it matter

when love is true

where a heart

goes looking to stay,

all this one needed

was some one called you

to never again look

away.

Ben, you consistently have some of the best love poems. I really like all these lines but this one... How a love happens i really don't know really reached out and grabbed my cranium. It provokes thoughts in me but mainly the thought, yeah, best not to question it. Oh and perhaps it's a miracle. You two have something great that I wish we could all have. I am glad that you decide to share that part of your wonderful life with the rest of us.

Take care and blessings to you.

Tim

Wow!! I am impressed, an impressive piece indeed.
Im going to be looking at your other poems.

"Some store there heartsin a warm memory reminisent of days gone by,
we simply left it to destinywhat was already
you and I" This one pulled at the hearts string so to speak.

Peace... keep up the good stuff :P...
