Lost

The cost of feeling lost Is just too much.

When you think nobody does care.

Longing for a hug , Feelings of despair

With nobody close enough to share.

Why hibernate and cogitate

The way that you do ,

Thinking negative thoughts

You know cannot be true.

****************************

FOUND.

There is somebody who cares enough !

He will always understand

24 x 7 he will always take your hand.

His Unconditional LOVE

Will always shine through.

Pray and tell him All

May Your Lord Bless You.

I can relate to this myself. I have Aspergers Syndrome and this causes me to become severely depresssed also. Aspergers really makes it hard for me to socialize appropriately so i find myself longing for a hug from a friend or a shoulder to cry on. This is an Awesome write. Keep up the great work!

This is very touching....and heart breaking.. but then it gets very positive in "found". Truly an inspiration.... Nicely done

I don't have Bi-Polar but have a friend who does. So, with that, she has explained it to me so I can relate to some of the feelings she goes through. I can definitely relate to the feelings you have expressed so well in these poems. I think it's great the way you have expressed the feelings of despair and turned it to inspiration.

Take care,

Tim
