Welcome to my life.
Pretend that you are me.
Look into the mirror,
and tell me what I see.

Someone new, someone old,
the morning or the day?
I'm only human, just like you.
But each, in our own special way.

Looking in the mirror.
Not sure what you see?
Not too many people know,
who's looking back at me.

The mirror tells no lies,
and knows who you really are.
But not so people know the one,
who they see from afar.

Someone old, someone wise,
or maybe just a kid?
It's difficult to judge a person,
by what they never did.

i love this poem. it is very hard to judge people which is exactly why we shouldnt be so judgemental. because people have neither the wisdom, nor the unbiast to judge. besides you know who you are and if you dont then continue to search until you find yourself

You speak much wisdom in this write.
I also agree there is far to much judgement in this world today. I am at the point I don't much give a damn what people think. If we live to please everyone we lose ourself. At the end of the day we are what we have right?

Be just who you are.... one of which is a talented poet.

Hugs
Michelle
