still i sit and sing this song
a song about the loss of love
and praying to the god above

Give me the strength to see tomorrow
Take this pain and take my sorrow
Let me know that there's a chance
Don't let life pass me with a glance

Let me want to get out of bed
please don't let my sadness spread
Tell me that in life there's more
Don't leave me lying on this floor

Take these tears that flood my eyes
takes these screams that disquise
Hide my pain from the world to see
Please don't let them know the real me

When my weaknesses are out to show
Then everyone will eventually know
I am not as strong as I make it seem
Down inside, I constantly scream.

Screams for the loss that never ends
Screams for loosing my dead friends
Screams of fear for the road ahead
Screams of fear that stay in my head

Very beautiful flow considering the turmoil

mentioned in this poem, like the style and

presentation, most efective in it's sincerity.

ty 4 your read and comment . . .

Oh this is so darn sad.
Hun you have a life time ahead.
All these hurts will ebb and flow like the ocean.
I relate to loss........ It seems like it wont end again of late. Yet, when we lose, we hurt, but then we gain along that long road too.

I wish you love and joy and above all happiness sweety.
I loved the write but hope the screams will be filled with laughter.

I wont lecture you about chinning up........ feel the pain, mourn your losses but move forward even durning the times you just do not want to.

Lots of love and a super hug for you

Michelle
