[bodytext] => In a forest of despair, I find steadfast walls, of thy love’s cloister
Lofty battlements are they, a smother by years’ lichen and vine
Head lain on these stones, I quail as if from long days of roister
My wish, to breach these ramparts, and enter thy love’s shrine
Stones turned jaded unlike, the beauty of thy emerald eyes
Unto I gain thy trust, my only venture will attain no hold
A paradise mislaid lies within, thy contempt for me belies
Years of hurtful love I have given thee, one of rust and gold
To surmount such parapets, an oath of love and record trust
Undoing thy years of sorrow, as such, is an eminent end
The scale is impelled by my love unlike, the nakedness of lust
Not to gain what love we lost, but rather to transcend
Thy love and the quest thereof will always wend my way
To thee I pledge, I will find thy love secreted in this cache

Humm
This is excellent, and unique.
Well done!
A pick.
I want to comprehend more and not miss a thing.
Line breaks might have helped those like me.
