well dad things have changed since you left us
they say that wall street fell and the economy
well i can tell you first hand that it sucks
outlaws have become outlawed
and rebels are out of touch

Dad im missing you
But you aint missing much

The twin towers well maybe you herd they fell
im not sure if it were terrorist or the man in white
now were involved in another vietnam
except this time you dont have to fight
they have young men and women
and soldiers and such

Dad im missin you
But you aint missin much

Mom she is still the same ol gail
goin half crazy every now and again
she is always tellin me im just like you
and ill burn in hell for livin in sin
but if i ever leave this world alive
ill thank you for teachin me to survive
ill thank you for being more than a crutch

Dad I sure am missing you
But you aint missing much

RIP RMS 1950-2000

I really liked this,
it was just like you were talking to him through this poem. I loved the style of this write.
Bless you!

Keep on being a rebel!
