Roaming through this place
Years of sadness and hardship
Plastered to my face
I have nothing warm to
cover up my feet
And there is nothing warm
For this 'ol boy to eat

Some call me a bum
Others just a slob
But they must not see me
When im out lookin for a job

So I walk the streets alone
Trying to find a place
Where i can bury my burdens
And hide my barren face

I have done right and wrong
And I have done all that i can
So all that's left is to ask myself

You captured my heart with this write.
Nicely written beautiful flow.

People do not realize how easy it is to become homeless. To many judges.

Good write
Hugs
Michelle

Sometimes fate has a way of throwing curve balls at us. All we can do is try and hit them as well as we can. I really like this. Sometimes people only see what they want to see and don't give the ol' poor boy enough credit where credit is due. Very nice little story you got goin' here.
